This is just a test to see how WordPress handles audio files and how they would show up. I really have no intention of getting into podcasting. But, just in case, I may as well play around with the software. The test song: A ringtone made from Jeremy Patterson’s “Don’t Be a Company Girl” song. Jeremy is part of the band, The Glorious Filaments, who play around York, Pennsylvania.

Did you try the Blubrry Powerpress podcasting plugin yet? It’s available here: http://www.blubrry.com/powerpress/ It does some of the advanced functions such as programatically ping iTunes and use 3rd party media statistics services.
As I don’t really plan to podcast, not sure if I could use anything newer than what I have. Though I will have a look in case design clients may be interested. Cheers for the heads-up.
Interesting concept I will have to take a look at this for my blog. Adding some sound could be very interesting
