One of the reasons I wanted that particular floor is the fact that higher floors may give a better view of the city, but lower apartments are almost Tree-level. I’d rather have the fresh air from the trees than the smog from the city.
I’d rather like higher floor with good view
The upper floors were already taken in that particular building, and my only requirements were to not have to walk 20 minutes just to get to the compound gate & not have to walk up 15 floors when the elevator breaks. I’m happy with what I got.
